115學年度選填導師系統

Choose Mentor- Fall Semester 2026 Spring Semester 2027

※ 大二(含)以上學生請填寫下方表單並自由選擇導師，未於今年7月31日(五)前選擇導師者，將由系辦隨機安排。

Students in their second year and above are required to complete the form below and may freely choose an academic mentor. Students who do not select a mentor by July 31 (Friday) of this year will be assigned one randomly by the department office.

※ 請填寫最常使用的email信箱並至導生e點通系統更新Email，以免漏接資訊。

Please provide the email address you use most frequently and update your email information in the Student Advising System (導生e點通) to ensure that you do not miss any important notifications.

※ 一年級新生由系隨機分配導師，請勿自行選擇導師。

First-year students will be assigned an academic mentor randomly by the department and should not choose a mentor on their own.
