2. Please see attachment below for the course addition request form, and then submit form to department office before Sept 21 (Thur).
3. Course should be enrolled by online system will depend on the upper limits that professor settles on.
4. Graduate students, please remember to enroll 'Special Topics' or 'Seminar' if you haven't enrolled yet.
