NCKU Summer Session Program Regulations

Article 5 

In principle, a course shall be established with a minimum enrollment of 20 students. A course short of a minimum enrollment of twenty students or without an instructor shall not be established. However, a course short of the minimum student enrollment that requires to be established may be established should those enrolled agree to make payments to make up the total credit fees required for a minimum of 16 students.

Announcement from Curriculum Division

• Period of Course: July 1 to August 30, 2024.
• Application for student who expects to graduate this semester: May 30 to June 3
• Online survey for course arrangement: June 4 to 7 https://course-query.acad.ncku.edu.tw/sum/apply/
• Registration for course: 9am, June 17 to 12pm, June 21 https://course-query.acad.ncku.edu.tw/sum/signup/ [Student who takes course this semester DO NOT register and pay it before the grade is submitted to the Registrar's Division. Student can tell the instructor to attend class first, and then register and pay it after confirming grade.]
• Department approves from 9am, June 17 to 2pm, June 21.
• Payment: 9am, June 17 to 5pm, June 21
• Announcement of Payment and Course Cancellation: June 24
• Withdrawal by form: July 1 [Students who have completed their payment and have completed their course cancellation one week before the beginning of the class shall receive a refund of half of the payment.]
• Application for student who waits for the grade: July 1 to 5
• Make payments to make up the total credit fees: July 10
