1. Application Information
The deadline of application for this semester is July 20, 2026.
The oral examination grade shall be submitted to the Division of Registration before July31, 2026.
Applications for delayed public release of theses must comply with at least one of the following requirements: (1) Involving confidential information: Applicants must provide applicable laws or regulations, or specific factual evidence, (2) Patent-related matters: Applicants must provide the patent application number or submit relevant supporting documentation, (3) Legally restricted from disclosure: Applicants must provide applicable laws or regulations, or specific factual evidence.

2. Application
Required Dcouments: ① defense application form, ② report about the result of plagiarism detection, ③ similarity report.
※ Above forms shall be submitted to department office after advisor signs. There's no rule about the percentage of the result of plagiarism detection in our department, so please ask advisor for the percentage point.
Optional documents: ① Application for the degree examination conducted via video conferencing, ② Application Form for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation, ③ Subsidy Application for Participation of International Scholars in Graduate Degree Examinations and on Doctoral Supervisory Committees with the resumes of the invited international scholars and their profiles on the official website of their affiliations. (attachment 5)
