Description:

1. The online student course feedback questionnaire system will be open from December 08, 2025, to January 02, 2026. Students can log in to the system via the Cheng Kung Portal (https://i.ncku.edu.tw/) or the link on the website of the Center for Teaching and Learning Development (http://tfcfd.acad.ncku.edu.tw/) to fill out the questionnaires.
2. Students who have completed their online questionnaires will be given priority to enroll in their preferred courses.
3. The questionnaire results will be delivered only to each department/institute/program chairman and instructor of each course for reference. The identity of any respondent will be confidential.

For students who achieve a 100% completion rate, the Center for Teaching and Learning Development will conduct a prize draw and announce the list of winners.
