Please enroll and drop courses via online system before 13:00 Sept 16.

If you need to enroll course by application form due to Special Circumstances, please submit the form (see attachment below) with instructor's signautre to the department office before next Thursday (Sept 18). 

Note:

• Graduate students in their first or second year should register for the seminar course 'SPECIAL TOPICS ON XXX (Division)' according to their year and group. In principle, the first-year student should take 'SPECIAL TOPICS ON XXX (1)', and the second-year student should take 'SPECIAL TOPICS ON XXX (3)',
• Department office will enroll 'Thesis/Dissertation Writing' for graduate students who study in (or after) the 3rd year have completed their minimum course credit requirement for graduation and who have not enrolled in any course. This course will only show on the transcript.
