相關事項提醒如下:

(一)一般生、陸生:

一般生及陸生轉系申請日期為7月13日至7月16日，由學生填表(附件2)後交至註冊組辦理，

註冊組收件彙整後再轉交學系開會審查，

請系辦協助預留審查時間，並於7月31日前將審查結果送回註冊組。

一、 申請表格：請至教務處註冊組/轉系、輔系雙主修專區自行下載(附件二、三)。

二、 申請日期：

(一)日期：自 115 年 7 月 13 日至 7 月 16 日止，逾期概不受理。

(二)時間：上午 8 時 30 分至 11 時 30 分，下午 1 時 30 分至 4 時 30 分止。

(三)外國學生、僑生及身心功能障礙學生依「學生申請轉系辦法第八條」規定申請者，請於 4 月 30 日前將轉系申請表(附件三)送交轉入系所審查後，由系所統一於 6 月 5 日前送註冊組。

三、 繳交資料：

(一)學生證正本：查驗後當場發回。

(二)轉系申請表： 學生申請轉系須填妥學生轉系申請表，學生如未成年須經家長或監護人同意。

(三)歷年成績單乙份：應含截至 114 學年度止已修科目之成績，成績未完整者不予受理(提醒：請留意 所選課程上課時間，如為暑期彈性密集課程成績送達時間將會受到影響)。

(四)申請轉入學系所規定之相關審查資料(如自傳、讀書計畫及其他有利審查之資料)，請詳見各學系 轉系條件。

Information Concerning Undergraduate Program Transfer Application for Academic Year 2026–2027

I. Application Schedule

1. Date: From July 13 to 16, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
2. Service Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
3. Location: Registrar’s Division, 1st Floor, East Wing of the Yun-Ping Building on the KuangFu Campus.
4. Applicants following Article 8 of the “NCKU Program Transfer Regulations” should submit the required documents to the intended department/program for review before April 30, 2026. The department/program will send the preliminary review results to the Registrar’s Division for final approval before June 5, 2026.

II. Required Documents

1. Original Student ID Card: It will be returned to the applicant after examination.
2. Application Form: Underage applicants should have their application form signed and endorsed by their parents or guardians.
3. Transcript: It should contain the grades of all completed courses including the Academic Year 2025–2026.
4. Relevant documents required by applicant’s intended department/program.
