Application for Graduate Students’ Assistantship (Deadline: January 30, 2026)

申請資格及資訊 Eligibility Requirements

1. 博士班一、二、三年級一般生，碩士班一、二年級一般生 。

Full-time doctoral students in their first, second, or third year, and full-time master’s students in their first or second year.

2. 博四、博五研究生須提出於修業期間已有以第一作者或第二作者(指導教授為第一作者)發表於SCI收錄之國外學術期刊一篇以上者。

Fourth- and fifth-year doctoral students must have published at least one paper in an overseas academic journal indexed in SCI during their period of study, as either the first author or the second author (with the advisor as the first author).

3. 在校內或校外擔任專職工作者，或領有其他獎學金及補助，其總金額高於本獎學金者，不得申請。

Applicants who hold full-time employment either on or off campus, or who receive other scholarships or grants whose total amount exceeds that of this scholarship, are not eligible to apply.

注意事項

1. 學生兼任研究助理之研究津貼或工作酬金支領，同一時間內以兩項計畫為限；故領有研究生獎、助學金相關費用者，僅得依規定擇領另一項兼任研究助理。

The research stipend or remuneration received by students serving as part-time research assistants is limited to a maximum of two projects at the same time. Therefore, students who receive graduate scholarships or financial aid may only, in accordance with regulations, choose to receive remuneration from one additional part-time research assistant position.
2. 甄審結果(獎學金名單)預計於開學後一至兩周公告

The selection results (list of scholarship recipients) are expected to be announced one to two weeks after the semester begins.
3. 非本國生，請於結果公告後先辦理工作證，取得工作證號，請盡快繳交居留證及工作證至系辦，以便事先辦理加保事宜。

Foreign students need to apply for a work permit and obtain a work permit number after the department announces the results. Please submit a copy of ARC and work permit to the department office as soon as possible to facilitate advance arrangements for insurance coverage.

4. Foreign students must have basic Chinese language proficiency.

填寫紙本申請表(下方附件)→印出表單簽名並請指導教授簽名→送系辦翁小姐

Fill in application form (see attchment below)→ print out the form, sign it, and have it signed by your academic advisor→ Submit the form to the department office by January 30 (Friday).

<提醒> Reminder

1. 未曾領有學校經費者請另附郵局影本 

Applicants who have not previously received funding from the university are required to submit a photocopy of their post office account passbook.

2. 博四、博五生請附上期刊資料佐證

Fourth- and fifth-year doctoral students must provide supporting documentation of their journal publication(s).
