Graduation Procedure for the Spring Semester of the 2021-22 Academic Year (Graduate Program)

Student must complete leaving campus procedures for receipt of degree certificates before September  5, 2022

Procedures- Bachelor Program

  1. Confirm the completion of grade registration at the Registrar's Division
  2. Complete departure procedures (Online Application System for Graduation from NCKU)

(1) Print out application form for graduation and bring the form to collect stamps as following procedures

Procedures- Graduate Program

1. Students must submit an application after receiving all grades and fulfilling all graduation qualifications.

2. Complete departure procedures (Online Application System for Graduation from NCKU)

(1) Print out application form for graduation and bring the form to collect stamps as following procedures

(3) Request advisor to sign the form for approval

(4) Procedures at department office

 Mr. Ni at department library (7F): submit 1 thesis for department reserve

  • Doctoral degrees: All copies are bound in hardcover with a black cover. The outside front cover shall bear letters/characters in white.
    Master’s degrees: All copies are bound in paperback with a gloss-laminated orange-yellow cover (color value reference—CMYK: C0, M40, Y80, K0, or RGB: R247, G181, B115). The outside front cover shall bear letters/characters in black.

 Mr. Chang at Soil Mechanics Lab (4515-1F at main building): to check whether student returns equipment of department

→ Mr. Ho at department office (2F at main building): to return gate sensor (if student has) and check network

→ Ms. Wang at department office (2F at main building): submit 1 thesis for National Central Library

  • Doctoral degree: All copies are bound in hardcover with a black cover; Master’s degrees: All copies are bound in paperback
  • If student needs to apply for embargo at National Central Library, please attach application form (see attachment) with thesis.

(4) Submit 1 thesis to NCKU Library (http://www.lib.ncku.edu.tw/service/graduation/graduation_en.php)

(5) Claim diploma at Registrar Division (please bring student ID card)

3. NCKU will issue electronic degree certificates by email on a trial basis for the spring semester of the 2020-21 academic year. Please check 'NCKU Instructions on the Procedures' for more information.
