1. Log in to the NCKU Graduation Procedure System
2. Print out application form for graduation after you check that you've completed required procedure 
3. Complete department questionnaire (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1BbZimVsbeOCH0_HH-oiMKIRTSW48VAoTvzPxicwj8aw/edit)
4. Submit application form to Ms. Wang at department office after completing questionnaire

5. Claim diploma at Registrar Division (please bring student ID card)

   Student will be able to apply for English diploma after receiving Chinese diploma, and it will take 3 working days. (https://reg-acad.ncku.edu.tw/p/412-1041-1400.php?Lang=en)
