1. Only faculty and student of Department of Civil Engineering can borrow classroom or meeting room.

2. Student must fill in correct information at the system. The application won't be approved if the information is incomplete.

3. Student must submit form (https://reurl.cc/ogaYXj) with advisor's signature to borrow meeting room (47158, 47160, 47450, or 47750-1) under special circumstance (holiday, at night, or borrow more than 6 weeks).

4. Student will be able to borrow the key at department office after department approves application.
