Application for Double Major Program/ Minor Program for Academic Year 2021-2022

  1. Qualification

(1) Undergraduate program students: Applications shall be submitted by students during the period between the beginning of their second academic year and the beginning of their final academic year(within the regular duration)

(2) Graduate program students: Applications shall be submitted by students during the period between the beginning of their second semester and the beginning of their fourth semester.

(3) Applications defined in the preceding Items (1) and (2) shall be administered by the deadlines according to the regulations as specified and publicized by the Office of Academic Affairs.

NCKU Double Major Program Regulations 

2. Application Date: from 9am, July 15 to 4pm July 20, 2021

3. Procedures:

(1) Applicants shall meet the qualifications designated in the regulations for minor program/double major enrollment approved by the related program. Fill in online application (https://nckustory.ncku.edu.tw/formapply/index.php?auth).

(2) Due to the COVID-19 epidemic situation, applicant won't need to submit application form to department office to ask chairman's approval and process application personally. Registrar Division will print out form, and send it to related department directly.

(3) Department will submit the list of qualified students to Registrar Division. The official list will be announced on August 14 (tentatively).

4. Required Documents:

(1) Registrar Division will send applicant's transcript to department office.

(2) Applicant shall submit relevant documents to intended department personally (if necessary) by email.

5. Notes:

(1) Graduate program student shall submit additional form  'APPLICATION FOR POSTGRADUATES' CHANGE OF DEPARTMENTS', transcript, and relevant documents to intended department after asking advisor and chairman's approval. ∗ If applicant submits documents to department office by email, please attach the proof of approval (e.g. chat history with advisor and chairman)

(2) If student wants to disclaim after the application is approved, please submit  'APPLICATION FORM FOR RELINQUISHMENT OF DOUBLE MAJOR/MINOR STUDY'.
