• The deadline for degree examination application is July 20, 2024. 
• Student must complete oral examination before July 31, 2024. The oral examination grade shall be submitted to Registrar Division before July 31, 2024.

2. Application 

1. Student must submit forms to department office 1 month beforehand (in advance).

Required Dcouments: ①defense application form,  ②report about the result of plagiarism detection, ③similarity report and ④the certficate of courses of academic ethics. Above forms shall be submitted to department office after advisor signs. For the sample of required documents, please refer to attachment 1 for the sample.

∴ There's no rule about the percentage of the result of plagiarism detection in our department, so please ask advisor for the percentage point.

2. Please confirm with advisor about the detail before you fill in online application (sample).

• Fill in and print out defense application form (http://campus4.ncku.edu.tw/wwwmenu/program/mou/). 
• Upload thesis at perform plagiarism detection for thesis originality on NCKU Turnitin and print out the result (https://www.lib.ncku.edu.tw/news/news_show_ch_news.php?news_id=4898, see attachment 3). Fill in a report about the result of plagiarism detection (see attachment 2). 
• If the information of defense committee members is unavailable at online application system, please submit the form to department office to file information of external committee members.
