Technical Support Engineer/FAE

About the role The Field Application Engineer is part of the Sales & Marketing department, and work closely with the Business Lines, Sales and Marketing team. This role supports the account sales team and customer base by providing application engineering support, demand creation, product value propositions and training.

1. Routine product technical support and co-working with ISD sales projects (by emailor remote online services)
2. Internal communication with R&D for customization projects
3. Support international exhibition events
4. Drafting technical documents and operation guides
5. Routine work progress report

【Work experience】1~2 years or more

Academic requirements:University, master Department requirements

Electrical and electronic engineering related, information engineering related

Proficient oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English are a must.

【Other criteria】

• Able to communicate with colleagues by either Chinese or English
• Good technical knowledge in electronics and network communication industry is a plus.
• Work experiences in IoT industry or FAE related field is a plus
• Graduating students are welcome. Candidates who are passionate and willing to build a long term career in the IoT industry will be considered in priority
• Salary negotiable
