課程目標：

All lectures deliver in English. The goal of the course is to introduce the edge knowledge on planning and design process to the organizational structure of construction projects. In addition to theoretical aspects, real-world fast-track projects are to elaborate using the SimVision software (the commercial version of VDT) to model and simulate their work processes and organizations. In applying the organizational diagnosis and design concepts and tools to a project organization, topics will cove how to develop an appreciation of the strengths and weaknesses of the framework and modeling tools. Students will learn the skills to diagnose organizational schedule and quality risks for the planned project design and explore—virtually, through simulation— 3 - 5 interventions to mitigate these risks.

(本課程為全英語課程。課程目標在於教授營建計畫組織規劃與設計最新知識與技術。課程內容除簡介一般性組織理論外，採用虛擬團隊軟體模擬快速計畫之組織與流程。內容亦延伸至如何運用組織診斷、設計概念與工具於瞭解各種組織型態應用時之優劣情勢。學生將學習到如何應用所學組織規劃與設計之觀念與虛擬工具計畫，於診斷組織工作流程、時程與風險緩解。)
